The Fund’s primary purpose is to invest or participate in the real estate business through companies of any type that count with approved preliminary real estate projects, and instruments or contracts representing their debt, or options on the shares of these companies and that develop real estate projects in Chile.

The primary purpose of the Fund is to directly or indirectly invest its resources in shares or debt titles issued by a company incorporated in Spain (Holding Company), which in turn will develop – directly or indirectly – development, and or income projects of warehouses complexes, industrial vessels, or distribution centers, another industrial projects in Spain.

The Fund may co-invest in the Holding Company with other domestic or foreign vehicles managed or controlled by the Manager or by companies that may be related or not (hereinafter the “Co-investors”).

Notwithstanding the amounts kept in cash and banks, the Fund’s primary purpose is to invest its resources, whether through the contribution of capital or through granting of credits to companies whose purpose is to directly or indirectly develop and materialize a real estate project consisting in the construction, lease, and sale of industrial warehouses in the borough of San Bernardo, Santiago.

According to the foregoing, for the investment in the Project, the Fund shall invest in closely-held corporations’ shares, shares of companies limited by shares, or shares in limited partnerships limited by shares (sociedades en comanditas por acciones), and corporate rights in any partnerships (sociedades de personas) that invest their resources in the Project in turn. Likewise, the Fund may incorporate any companies (regardless of their type), being able to establish in the bylaws the conditions of the essence, or their nature, or those merely incidental. Finally, the Fund may invest in any debt title issued by these companies.

The Fund may control the companies it invests in to achieve such a goal.

The Fund’s primary purpose is the execution of five high-rise housing projects. Three of such projects are located in Santiago, one in Concón and, one in Lima, Peru. The company responsible of the administration and management of the projects is Inmobiliaria Fundamenta, a company with vast experience in the business that is a leader in developing eco-efficient projects. The company, its executives, and architects have extensive experience in developing residential buildings.

The primary purpose of the Fund is to invest its resources in closely-held corporations or companies limited by shares and instruments or contracts representing their debt whose goal is to invest or participate, whether directly or indirectly, in real estate development projects in the Metropolitan Administrative Region of Santiago, Chile.

The Fund’s main objective is to invest its resources in one or more private limited companies or joint-stock companies, as well as in instruments or debt-representing contracts of the same, with the purpose of investing in or participating, either directly or indirectly, in a real estate development project, construction, and sale of one or two residential buildings located in the municipality of La Florida, Metropolitan Region, managed by Grupo Fundamenta.

The primary purpose of the Fund is to invest its resources in one or more closely-held corporations or companies limited by shares and instruments or contracts representing their debt whose goal is to invest or participate, whether directly or indirectly, in financing for the acquisition of land in the Metropolitan Administrative Region of Santiago, Chile.

The Fund’s primary purpose is to invest, directly or indirectly, in shares, rights, and debt securities issued by one or more companies incorporated in the United States of America, which in turn invest in the private-capital foreign investment fund “Frontal Trust -EW, LLC ”.

The company, its executives, and its architects focus on their projects’ avant-garde, quality, and design, satisfying a growing niche in the market.

Invest, whether directly or indirectly, at least 70% of the Fund assets in shares, rights, and debt title issued by one or more companies incorporated in the United States of America (hereinafter the “Investment Companies”), which in turn, invest in a US-based Limited Liability Company.

The Fund’s primary purpose is to invest its resources, directly as well as through companies incorporated for such purposes, in shares, securities convertible into shares, securities issued by companies, bonds, negotiable instruments, and other debt instruments of companies, entities, or companies whose direct or indirect objective is the development, construction, and operation of road infrastructure projects, whether urban, suburban in Chile.

El Fondo, sin perjuicio de las cantidades que mantenga en caja, bancos y de los indicados en los artículos siguientes, tendrá como objetivo principal invertir sus recursos en cuotas de Cordada Fondo de Inversión Privado Deuda Garantizada, administrado por Cordada Capital S.A., o bien, en otros vehículos, administrados por Cordada Capital S.A. o Frontal Trust Administradora General Fondos S.A., cuyo objeto de inversión sea equivalente o similar al del FIP.

The portfolio will be comprised of invoices issued, term deposits, and other short or medium-term debt instruments, and all types of securities, corporate rights, titles of credit, negotiable instruments, and investment instruments.

The Fund’s primary purpose is to invest in credit or collection portfolios comprised of all kinds of credit instruments or contracts from which arise the rights to collect specific amounts of money.

The primary purpose of the Fund is to invest in Inmobiliaria Exxacon through structured financing with a structure comprised of preferred capital and mezzanine debt.

The Fund’s primary purpose is to invest its resources in Endorsable Mortgage-backed Loans for housing purposes issued by the company Evoluciona Administradora de Mutuos Hipotecarios S.A. or by other MHE management agents duly registered in the Comisión para el Mercado Financiero (Financial Market Commission).

The primary purpose of the Fund shall be to invest, whether directly or indirectly, at least 70% of the Fund assets in shares, rights, and debt title issued by one or more companies incorporated in the United States of America, which in turn, invest in a private-capital foreign fund.

The primary purpose of the Fund is to invest, whether directly or indirectly, in Credit Facility Agreements, executed and granted under the Laws of Mexico, in which the debtor is a Multi-Purpose Financial Company (Sociedad Financiera de Objeto Múltiple or “SOFOM”), incorporated in Mexico, related to Xepelin Holdings, Inc., or a subsidiary of the latter. The assignment of rights over assets of the trusts and/or Irrevocable Trust of Management, executed and granted under the laws of Mexico – and whose trustee will be Xepelin – will secure the performance of such facility agreements.

El Fondo tiene como objetivo invertir directa o indirectamente en los instrumentos, contratos o bienes, especificados en el Reglamento Interno, con el fin de obtener exposición a financiamientos que cuenten con garantías inmobiliarias o cuyo valor este respaldado en activos inmobiliarios en forma indirecta.

El principal objetivo del Fondo es invertir en una cartera de créditos pagadera en pesos chilenos, cuyo acreedor sea Mercado Pago Lending Ltda. y los deudores sean vendedores registrados en las plataformas de Mercado Pago Operadora S.A., www.mercadolibre.cl, o en otras empresas de su grupo. Los créditos serán adquiridos por el Fondo a través de contratos de cesión de créditos sin responsabilidad, celebrados entre Mercado Pago Lending Ltda. (como cedente) y la Administradora (en nombre del Fondo, como cesionaria). En este proceso, Mercado Pago Lending Ltda. entregará a la Administradora los títulos correspondientes a cada crédito cedido. La gestión de cobranza y recaudación de estos créditos será realizada por Mercado Pago Lending Ltda., actuando en nombre del Fondo.
