The Fund’s main objective is to invest in Credit Agreements issued in U.S. dollars under Mexican law, with counterparties linked to Galgo, including Migrante LLC, Liquitech SpA, and other related companies. Additionally, it may invest in credit instruments or debt securities issued or guaranteed by Galgo in Mexico, Colombia, or Chile, backed by trust guarantees.
